Day 3 at IAAPA Expo Europe 2025: Innovation, connections and great conversations
On the third day of IAAPA Expo Europe 2025, the focus was not on the stands or the technology, but on the people.
Yes, we are proud to show our Free Fall Machine, the Duckpin Bowling and Aeropin, and of course the new ideas are great. But the best thing about the fair is meeting new people.
Our stand felt like a living room, a place where people met and shared more than just products: we shared dreams, laughter and our love of making people have fun.
We met some great people who told us about their projects with a lot of energy, and who are ready to use our experiences in their centres.
We are happy to see our old friends and workmates again. It's great to know that we're not alone in this industry, but that we're surrounded by people who care about quality and change as much as we do.
Today, we focus on how people are treated. We have honest conversations and remember that every business has a person who is excited and wants to create something that will last.

What are the free cases during the warranty period, and what are the cases that require additional charges?
Covering failures caused by material/workmanship defects, providing free labor and parts repairs; non-quality damage will be charged at cost, and a detailed quotation will be provided for confirmation before repair.
If there is a problem with the equipment, how long will it take you to respond?
We promise to provide a solution within 12 hours (24 hours for overseas customers), and serious failures will be handled first.
